FAQs

Who can sign up?

Adro is designed for development shops and agencies based outside the US that provide software development services to US clients and frequently earn, hold and spend US dollars (USD).

Adro offers higher transaction limits, lower fees and helps development shops maintain account access while staying compliant with US banking regulations.

We’ve made setting up a US business account from countries such as Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and India easy to do with our online platform. You can quickly open an account, access US account details (including ACH routing number) and integrate Adro into your day-to-day operations.

What do I need to open an account?

To open an account, you'll need:

- Your passport and selfie
- Business address
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- Articles of Incorporation
- List of business shareholders and/or directors

If you’re a development shop or agency, Adro can help with getting your Articles of Incorporation or EIN.

How long does it take to sign up?

If your business is already registered in the US and you have an EIN, then signing up for an Adro Business account can be done in a few minutes. The document verification step takes about one business day. We’ll notify you once it’s done or if we need anything else, so keep an eye on your email.

Can I send wires and ACH transfers?

Yes, you can send and receive money through ACH transfers or wire transfers. If you move money in another currency, it will be converted to US dollars.

Can I create multiple accounts for my business?
